Information on how to take part in the promotional offer (Offer) form part of these Terms and Conditions as of 1/10/2024. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (ACN 007 870 395) of 1 Sir Richard Williams Avenue, Adelaide Airport, SA 5950 (MMAL).

Eligibility

a) The Offer is open to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over and are Private/ABN purchases (Customer).

b) Customers that are eligible for Government, Rental and National Business pricing are excluded from this offer as well as purchases utilising Mitsubishi Motors Business Advantage.

c) Customers are required to purchase the All-New Triton (MV) 24MY or 24.5MY GLX-R between 12.01am (AEST) on 1/10/2024 and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/10/2024 (Purchase Period) and take delivery between 12.01am (AEST) on 01/10/2024 and 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31/10/2024 (Delivery Period) to be eligible for the Offer.

d) To be eligible customers must lodge their redemption by submitting their personal details (including contact information and vehicle details) at https://mit.si/xy1 for the purposes of validating the vehicle purchase and Offer eligibility.

e) The end customer name, Australian address, email and mobile phone (Customer Details) at time of vehicle delivery must match the Customer Details at time of purchase to be eligible for the Offer.

f) Offer is only available on new vehicle purchases from Authorised and Participating Mitsubishi Motors Dealers in Australia and not available on used/ex-demonstrator vehicle purchases.

g) Offer cannot be substituted for any other form of benefit such as a reduction in the final Drive Away price of the vehicle or a cash equivalent.

h) This Offer can be used in conjunction with the MV Triton Loyalty Bonus Offer OR Holden Owners Campaign Offer (not both) and the NBL/NBL1 Members Offer only where eligibility criteria for each offer has been met.

i) There is a limit of one (1) entry per vehicle purchased and delivered. If the vehicle order is cancelled, or customer does not take delivery within the Delivery Period (excluding delays caused directly by MMAL) entry to the Offer is deemed void.

j) All eligible customers who take delivery within the Delivery Period will be validated by MMAL and are subject to final determination by MMAL.

k) Customers that have been validated and deemed eligible by MMAL will be notified via the email address provided within 21 business days of vehicle delivery. Eligible Customers will then be issued with a Mitsubishi Motors YETI merchandise pack via post, to the address provided at time of vehicle purchase within 60 days of email notification.

l) MMAL reserves the right to decline eligibility to the Offer if the terms and condition of the Offer are not met. Determination of eligibility is final.

m) MMAL reserves the right to withdraw, extend or modify this Offer without notice.

n) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

o) Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this Offer or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

p) Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Offer are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

r) MMAL collects your personal information for the purpose of administering the Offer, to contact you regarding related offers and for direct marketing. MMAL may for such purposes disclose your personal information to their third-party service providers including for storage of data, to assist with prize delivery, data analysis and direct marketing. Some of the MMAL third-party service providers may be located overseas in India, Singapore and California (USA). MMAL’s privacy policy contains information about how to access or correct your personal information and/or make a complaint about a potential breach of privacy, and how MMAL will deal with such a complaint. If you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to participate in the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you consent to the use of your personal information by MMAL for direct marketing purposes.
